Pleased with a last minutes booking, however seems some miscommunication internal, as I waited for an hour and called the person in charge whom did not know about the rental. Anyway I did get am up grade to a bigger size can and was pleased. I will come back for car rental again, thank you.

Good service. Just give an opinion, may be next time can provide parking coupon in the car like I I used to rent a car from other agent which they have prepared parking coupon in the car. We not need to spend time to go find a shop who sell parking coupon.

Overall very good service and punctuality. Vehicle provided was also new and in good condition. Enjoyed family trip.

Great car to drive. Front tire maybe need to change and all door handles with scratches...

Flexibility in return time (e.g. 1hr grace period), because sometimes may caught in a traffic jam. Extend the available return time (e.g. midnight) since self check in is available at some return point.

The car is good in condition and the reply from WAHDAH is really prompt and helpful. Easy pick-up and return way and location. :)
