The car aircon stopped working when I was driving from Penang to KL. In such situations, do allow for a car exchange at a nearby location. Otherwise, there should be some other form of compensation for the inconvenience.

I booked a Perodua Aruz. Car is very well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and gave clear instructions before handing over and returning of car. Price is also reasonable and affordable. Highly recommended.

Please ensure all seat belts are working. For safety concern, I would prefer all passengers wear their seat belts including those at the middle and the third row.
