All the agents did a great job of proactively communicating regarding car pick-up and return at KLIA Terminal 2. The customer has no worries about whether anyone will meet them when they arrive. Perhaps the agents could identify themselves by wearing a Wahdah Uniform or T-shirt instead of their normal daily attire. This will help greatly in the professional look and feel of the entire experience. Good job.

In order to return the rent car, we had to wait more than one and half hour at the return cite. And I think I left my 'touch & go card' and portable electic charger in the car. Please check the car and let me know.
