Delivery in KL and drop off in Penang. The services are seamless. The booking and return are really hassle free. Very friendly to overseas travellers. Communication via WhatsApp are very efficient and polite. Overall great experience.

Car was in excellent condition, the team at Wahdah were incredible and provided excellent customer service.

Very good experience. They sent and pick up the car from my location. Thus I have no need to spend time on travelling to their pick up point. The car is new with good condition. The staff are nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend for friends.

Just a feedback for your company to take note and consider. As I had returned the rental car almost 1 day earlier (about 20 hours) maybe the company could consider granting a refund of the unused hours of rental. Another point was your Facebook had posted that your company provide shutter service to and from Jb Sentral to your Hub but when I enquired about it when I returned the car , I was told that as I had opted for returning the car direct to the hub , the company do not cater to customer request to send JB Sentral even though the shutter van was available. I think this is bad customer service and the advertisement is misleading !!!! The advertisement should state that the shutter service is provided for customers who opted to take delivery and return the car at Johore Sentral . Other than that everything is great !!!
