First time experience renting a car under Wahdah. everything was smooth!

Great service at pick-up and drop-off!

We were fully satisfied with the offer, communication and service. Normally we use Rental cars to rent a car through, all cars were sold out so we searched rentals around the KLIA, found Wahdah and arranged everything via WhatsUp in half an hour. In next 2 hours we had our car brought to our hotel. The only small miscommunication was around the return as we do not know the airport so it took some time to meet a guy who started to communicate with us a day before via WhatsUp.

Vehicle was almost brand new. Clean and operating smoothly. Staff was efficient when handing over the car during the start of rental. They were understanding when we returned the car slightly later due to traffic jam heading towards JB. I recommend those who want to drive around Malaysia from JB as they have shuttle to pick you up from wherever including Singapore. For those riding in, you are able to park your bike safely in their compound. 10/10 will come again!
